How do I register for the program?

Due to COVID restrictions we can only enroll a set number of children in the program and eligibility was done by randomized lottery. There is now a waitlist to register.

Every addition to the waitlist after 6/30/21 will be in chronological order. The sooner you add your child(ren) to the waitlist, the higher up on the list they will be. We cannot disclose what number your child(ren) are on the waitlist. Absolutely no exceptions will be made for registration or the waitlist.

I didn’t get a spot for September. How do I add my child(ren) to the waitlist?

What are the program’s monthly costs?

  • Before school program: $85.00
  • After school program: $250.00

Monthly tuition is now a flat rate. You must pay for five days a week of every month. Parents are not required to send their child(ren) every day, but full monthly tuition is required to attend the program.

What are the other fees for the program?

  • There is a nonrefundable/nontransferable $50.00 registration fee for all families that is due with your child(ren)’s first month of tuition.
  • Monthly payments must be received by the 1st of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be due after the 1st of the month. If late payments accrue, dismissal from the program is likely.
  • Any payments over 30 days late must be submitted in the form of a money order or a bank check with the additional $15.00 late fee.

How many children will be taken in the program?
75 children at Roosevelt School and 100 children at Cherry Hill School.

What if I have multiple children in the program?
Children will be enrolled by family, once you are at the top of the waitlist, all children in the family will be eligible for registration and enrollment.

What are the hours of the after school program?

The after school program operates from 3:00 – 6:00 pm

What are the hours of the before school program?

The morning program will resume its normal hours, 7:30 – 8:25 am.

What if school dismissal goes back to 1:15?

School will be open full hours come September. Should there be a change in school hours, tuition will increase to cover program costs. We will keep the community updated should we receive information about changes to school hours.

When will the program be enrolling more children?
We do not yet have a definitive date for adding more children to the program. This will all be based on COVID cases and state mandates, as the safety and health of the children and our staff is paramount.

We also need to consider what space is available in the schools, as we cannot exceed the number of children to available space ratio as required by the state.

We hope to gradually register more children within the first six weeks, and plan to keep all families and the community updated.
